RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Role:
Provide pricing advisory services while managing and developing simple
to complex cost proposals. Contribute to analyses and strategy
development for high visibility and must win procurements. Conduct
contract or RFP analyses and develop market-based point and wage and
compensation analyses for proposals and pricing strategies. Develop and
prepare cost proposals. Provide guidance and council to clients on all
aspects of cost proposal preparation, including RFP analysis, FAR, CAS,
disclosure and compliance issues, terms, pricing strategies, business
risks, and cost proposal content. Prepare written materials, including
cost volumes, contract terms, cost narratives, basis of estimates,
processes and procedures, and presentations to senior leadership.
Conduct quality reviews of the work of fellow pricing analysts and
contribute to the pricing team’s continuous improvement efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:
|
|
- 5 years of
experience with federal government accounting, finance, contracting, proposal
development, project management, or compensation analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel modeling and Word
- Ability to work flexible hours in a deadline driven environment
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business
Administration or a related field.
- Experience in a federal government professional or technical services
pricing or contracting environment.
- Experience in a proposal development or professional or consulting
services environment.
- Experience with systems development or IT services proposals
- Knowledge of software pricing systems, including ProPricer, COBRA,
MPM, or PPAS
- Possession of excellent analytical skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCE/A) or Certified Professional
Contract Manager (CPCM)

proposal development, project management, or compensation analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel modeling and Word
- Experience in managing or leading teams

pricing or contracting environment.
